How to delete a quotation and order (when the quotations has been manually signed)

N.B BY COMPLETING THIS DELETION THIS WILL AUTOMATICALLY DELETE THE ORDER AND THIS IS IRREVERSIBLE.  

Step 1: 

Select the customer you wish to cancel the quote for, if you are unsure on how to locate the customer please see related articles.

How to cancel a previously won quotation based on a customer cancelling the order

From the customer home screen select 'Quotes'  

Step 2:

Select the cross at the end of the row this will delete the quotation and order from the system, when deleting the quotation this will automatically delete the order.

N.B. This action will remove all details of this quotation and order from the system. 

You will then be presented with a popup box to confirm the deletion please select “OK” 

By completing this it will remove the quotation and order from the quotation and order history and also from any dashboards it was on also.
