To change Voice Mail (VM) greeting on Samsung OfficeServ (Samsung OS) system please follow the following steps: 

Dial your VM (Usually achieved by pressing designated button on the telephone) 

With no new messages in the voice mailbox press:

1. Press 5 for personal greeting settings

2. Press 7 to edit

3. It will play the existing recorded message

4. Press 3 to discard and rerecord new message

5. Speak after tone and record new message

6. Press 2 to stop recording

7. Press 1 to play back new message

If you like to record again, please repeat from step 4

8. Once you’re happy with your outgoing message press # key to save message

9. Hang up receiver
