Vodafone - How do I set up a security PIN on voicemail?
Just call 121 from your Vodafone mobile and choose Option 4 then Option 2 and follow the instructions.
You can then select your security level:
- Standard – you’ll need to enter your PIN if you’re not calling from your Vodafone phone, or if you’re calling from abroad
- High security – you’ll need to enter your PIN every time you call your voicemail to listen to your messages, even from your Vodafone phone
We recommend changing your PIN regularly and avoiding simple sequences, such as 1111, 1234 or 4321.
Please note: if you’re a Pay monthly customer, calling 121 will use minutes from your allowance. If you have no remaining minutes or you’re in a roaming zone where you can’t use your plan like at home, standard call charges apply. Call return via Voicemail will be charge at out of bundle rate.
