How do I get and activate my Entertainment pack?

When you buy a plan with entertainment, you can choose one of three options:

• Amazon Prime
• Spotify Premium
• YouTube Premium

Vodafone will send you a text with a link to a page where you can make your entertainment choice. Just follow the instructions on the page.

If you don’t get the text, we can send it to you again free of charge –  Text Entertainment to 97613.

Once you’ve chosen an Entertainment Pack, you won’t be able to change it. If you sign up for another plan when your current one ends, you’ll have to make your choice again – and you can choose a different subscription.

If you need to move your existing number over from your previous network, do this before activating your Entertainment Pack

•            Step 1: Disable Wi-Fi connection in your mobile phone so that you are using mobile data connection

•            Step 2: Text the word Entertainment to 97613 and you will receive a text message with a link to activate your new Entertainment Pack.

•            Step 3: Click on the link and follow the on-screen instruction

•            Step 4: Enable Wi-Fi connection in settings (if using)

•            Once you have activated your new Entertainment Pack you will continue to enjoy free monthly subscription until the end of your mobile contract.
