Phone call reminders
1. When either creating or editing a phone call, users have the option to add a notification/reminder. This can be an immediate notification or on the due date.2. There will be a reminder email with notes sent immediately after the call is created- if ‘notify immediately’ is ticked. Or on the ‘due date’ if ‘notify on due date’ is ticked.
3. Custom templates can be made for phone notifications and selected in settings -> company settings -> Mail template
