How to complete a product exchange on the Layer
How to complete a product exchange on the Layer
In this article we will take you through the steps to return a product and replace this with a new item.
Firstly you will need to complete the product return, please click here for a step by step guide on how to how to complete the product return.
Once you have completed the return of the product you will need to unallocated this from the sales order and allocate the new item. After you have added the new item you will need to complete the delivery and conversion of the asset in order for this to feed into the customer record, please click here to see our step by step guide.
The returned item will now in your current stock, if you are returning this item to the supplier you will need to manually book this item out of your current stock. Please click here to for a step by step guide.
