How to manage lead deletion requests

The following video demonstrates how an end user can create a deletion request on a lead record and the subsequent process an administrator should follow to permanently delete the record.

N.B. Please note that users in the security group "Include Leads with Deletions in Search Results" will be able to search for records which have been marked for deletion.  This can be amended in the user role profile as follows.
