How to sync appointments after reassigning

 

When you reassign appointments to another user, you will need to manually sync the appointments in order for them to appear in the new owner’s outlook calendar.

Step 1:- Locate the appointment

There are a number of ways in which you are able to search for the appointment, for example by the company name or the workstack, in our example we are using the ‘My appointments’ workstack.

One you are in the grid view of the workstack you will be able to see all appointments as detailed below. 

Please select the appointment you wish to sync or alternatively if you would like to sync all please select the first one on the list as we have in this example. 

To select the appointment please click on the task title as indicated. 

Step 2:- Syncing the appointment with outlook

Please click on the icon at the top right of the screen as indicated below.

This will now sync the item with your outlook calendar.
