We have detailed below the recommended widgets for service users and the benefits to each widget
Team cases by status
This widget provides you with an overview of all cases which have been closed this month and which are currently open. This widget is also available with only the user’s details if required. The benefit of this widget is you have a full overview of all cases and who is high workloads.
Case status:-
N – New
O – Open
IP – In Progress
WC – Waiting on Customer
WS – Waiting on Supplier
WI – Waiting on Internal
C- Closed
WF – Won’t fix
D – Duplicate
I – Incomplete
My Case Ratings
This widget is also available for the team view should you wish to have this detailed for all user’s. This is ideal for monitoring your customer satisfaction as you can see how your customers are rating their experience with you.
My Overdue Cases
This widget will show you oldest to newest cases which are in an open status, the benefit of this widget it to have visibility of your oldest cases which may need to looked at.
My Cases by Category
This widget will provide you with a breakdown of the quantity of cases you have which have been opened and closed this month for each case category. The benefit of this widget is to provide you with a holistic view of cases and help identify any trends.
My Top Customers by Case
This widget will provide you with the details of the customers who are raising the most cases with you, it details the number of cases, case reference and also the case title to provide you with a little insight into the case. The benefits of this widget are to help you to identify customers who may be having some problems or to help you to identify if there is an issue with a specific customer.
My Overdue Tasks
This widget will provide you with an overview of all outstanding task you have on the Layer, you are able to access the record from this workstack by clicking on the customer name.
My Open Cases
This widget shows all your cases which are in an open status they are ordered by oldest to newest. The benefit of this widget is to provide you with an overview of your cases which you have open and how long they have been open for.
Form Results
This widget will show any completed forms which have been sent in, this widget is beneficial to any service area that uses forms as the user can see and access the completed forms from this widget.
My Workstacks
You are provided with a list of all the workstacks which are detailed on your main business unit, you are able to access any of these workstacks from this widget.
