Amend customer owner before converting sales order into customer assets

Your processing team will now be able to select the relevant customer owner from the sales order header tab. This is to ensure that the responsibility for new customers is passed on to the relevant account manager in a timely manner.  Alternatively, when processing sales orders for existing customers, order processors can check that a valid account manager has been allocated to the customer and change the details if required.  

To update the customer owner, simply select the relevant users from the New Customer Owner drop down.

Both the existing customer owner and the new owner details will be highlighted in the conversion summary screen. If the wrong customer owner has been selected then it's possible to amend this in the header tab. 

The selected customer owner will now be visible in the customer record. It is also possible to update the customer owner in the customer record directly or reassign the owner in the customer grids (permission required).
