I'm unable to search for customers using the Outlook plug-in?

Unable to Search Using The Outlook Plugin

When trying to create a case or add a note using the Outlook Plugin, the user receives an error message.

This is ordinarily caused by the user not having sufficient permissions.  Please ensure that the Outlook Plugin permission is enabled.

To do this visit:

1. User Accounts in the ESSENTIALS ZONE (Please note if you don't have permissions to access settings ask your local administrator)

2. Select the Username

3. Tick Outlook Plugin

4. Click 'Save'
