There may be occasions where you need to import an image or images when creating your own Knowledge Base Articles.

External images are supported by The Layer App however, when uploading images it is important to save the file name using alpha numeric characters only with no spaces included.  

Incompatible file name examples: 

Galaxy y screenshot page 7.png

Galaxy y screenshot.png

Galaxy_y_screenshot.png

Using any of the above examples will result in the file not uploading correctly and where your image should be you will see a cross or in some cases a question mark:
