Understanding Quotations: Managing Upfront Variable Sell Price & Discounts
To apply service upfront discount to the customer quotation, follow the steps below:
Filter quotation service by upfront cost
Within the quotation builder screen, find the services with an upfront cost by filtering the Upfront cost field and add selected tariff to the quotation:
Apply discount to upfront cost of the tariff
Follow the instructions below.
Visibility of service upfront cost and discount
The service upfront discount is visible in the finance report (quotation and sales order) as well as profit breakdown and report:
