How to manage your desk phone side car with One Net Portal

Upon logging into the One Net Portal with your account details, head to management along the top menu. 

Once in management, you will have a new menu down the side, click numbers.

Once here you will need to click on user numbers management, this allows you to search and find for the deskphone which has a side car attached to it.

Click on the eye symbol to view the number, and through here you need to click on manage this number.

Scroll down until you see phone configuration.

It is here where you have the options to add, amend and delete your side car extensions.
