Issues with mobile internet

If your mobile is without an internet signal. The first things to attempt are as follows:

  • Hard Reset (Turn Phone off and on i.e. remove battery, or hold home and sleep for 10 seconds on iOS devices)
  • Check settings to ensure mobile data is switched on.
  • Check coverage checker website for any ongoing work or signal related issues that may be in the area you are having the issuel.

If all of the above do not correct the issue, text WEB to 40127 for an update to your internet APN settings to your phone, this may resolve the issue.
