Turn off Automatic – your device will then load up with multiple networks that you can select.
Choose and select a network from the list that isn’t Vodafone, the device will try to connect to the network.
Once the device has attempted to connect to the new network, please back out and turn on ‘Automatic’.
Reboot the handset

Go to Settings
Go to Connections
Go to Mobile Networks
Go to Network Operators
Select Search Networks / select manually
Choose a network that isn’t Vodafone The device will try to connect to this network and will fail. Once you have done this, please select Vodafone. Your device will then reconnect to the Vodafone network.
